Site regulations (short version)
- Access to the campsite is only permitted after registration at the site office.
- The site attendant is authorised to view identity documents for each camping guest or visitor.
- Vehicles of any kind may only be driven on the allocated routes; speed is restricted to walking speed.
- The site is open from 1 April to 31 October.
- The site has quiet periods from 12:00 – 14:00 hours (midday) and from 22:00 – 7:30 hours (night-time). During these periods no vehicles may be driven on the site. The barrier at the site entrance remains closed during these periods.
- Radios, record players and television sets should be adjusted so that they do not disturb neighbours.
- Open fires are forbidden. Using barbecues is only permitted when this does not cause a disturbance to neighbours.
- A waste separation scheme is in operation; all waste is to be disposed of in the waste bins provided.
- It is not permitted to dig trenches or holes on or around pitches.
- Dogs are permitted but have to be kept on a lead at all times. No animals are permitted in the sanitary buildings and on the children's playground. Any mess from animals must be removed immediately by the owner. Please use the dog's toilet at the centre of the site along the main path.
- Skating and playing football is not permitted in the recreation area.
- Fishing in the river Lahn without a rod licence is not permitted. Rod licences can be purchased from the site attendant.
- Day visitors are requested to leave the site at the onset of dusk, at the latest.
- On departure day, the pitch has to be vacated by 12:00 hours at the latest; failure to do so incurs a charge for an additional night.
- The site administration does not accept any liability for accidents and injuries or for loss of, or damage to, property.
- The site attendant is authorised to exercise property rights. He may refuse to accept persons and may also eject persons from the site when this appears necessary to maintain safety and order on the campsite, or in the case of a contravention of the site regulations.
